Where should the application for a confirmation of guaranteed work or an employment permit be filed?

Applications for a confirmation of guaranteed work or an employment permit must be filed by the Austrian employer at the regional PES office competent for the future place of work. If the foreign artist is to work at other places as well (the qualifying criterion is the administrative district) for more than one week, the application must be filed with the PES office competent for the registered seat of the company, together with an application for a territorial extension of the employment permit.

Exception
In Vienna, the competence of the PES does not depend on the location of the workplace, but on the line of business (culture: AMS Wien Esteplatz 2, 1030 Vienna).
